Voyage Clinics offers affordable direct primary care memberships for individuals and families in Orem, Provo and surrounding Utah County communities.

Memberships are paid annually. The monthly prices below show the monthly equivalent.

Infants

Ages 0–1

$50/month

$600 billed annually

Direct primary care for infants, with pricing based on the parents’ Voyage Clinics enrollment.



Children

Ages 1–18

$25/month

$300 billed annually

Affordable primary care for children enrolled with their family at Voyage Clinics.



Young Adult Family Rate

Ages 19–26

$50/month

$600 billed annually

Available to young adults who live at home and have a parent enrolled with Voyage Clinics.



Adults

Ages 19–64

$89/month

$1,068 billed annually

For adults enrolling independently, including young adults who do not qualify for the family rate.



Adults 65+

Ages 65 and older

$99/month

$1,188 billed annually

Personalized primary care with longer appointments, easier access and ongoing health support.

Important Membership Information

Voyage Clinics membership is not health insurance. Membership fees cover the primary care services described in your membership agreement. Insurance may still be used for prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, hospitalization and other services outside the membership.
