What Does a Direct Primary Care Membership Include?

A Voyage Clinics membership provides access to a broad range of primary care services for patients of different ages and stages of life. Available services include wellness visits, newborn and pediatric care, chronic disease management, diabetes care, sports medicine, physical examinations, skin exams, minor procedures and osteopathic manipulative treatment.

Membership services and individual medical needs may vary. Visit our Direct Primary Care Services page to learn more about the care available to Voyage Clinics members.

How Direct Primary Care Pricing Works
Direct primary care replaces complicated per-visit billing with a predictable membership fee for the primary care services described in your membership agreement. Voyage Clinics lists both the annual membership payment and its monthly equivalent so families can easily understand and compare their costs.

Your Voyage Clinics membership is not health insurance. Insurance may still be used for prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, hospitalization and other services outside the membership.
