WORKSHOP: Developing a still mind

A holistic approach to ADD/ADHD

Do you have trouble focusing on the task at hand? Do you feel like you’re too easily distracted? Do you wonder if there’s something more you can do to bring a better presence of mind?
Dr. Mitchell, together with Mark Mauzy, PhD psychologist, have brought together a wealth of ideas and education in this workshop series to help you improve your focus and mindfulness.
